BE THE STRATEGY BEHIND THE GAME.

Farsight is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a communication consultant in Liberia to help our client in strategy development assisting in media production and managing a team in photography, design and media engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Academic Qualifications:

A Master’s Degree in media, film production, Journalism or Communications is required

Professional experience:

  • A minimum of five years professional experience in area of specialization (development

communications strategy, story writing, media production, visual journalism, photography, graphic designs, editing, etc.) is required.

  • Previous experience working with the UN system in Liberia.
  • Substantial experience engaging with and collaborating with government, civil society and

communities.

Previous experience designing, publishing and printing branding visibility materials, and developing

results-oriented communications products for public and international organizations is required.

  • Familiar with rural situation/rural development issues
  • Drive for Results

Language and other skills:

  • Strong knowledge of English, including the ability to present clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral form,
  • Capacity to communicate fluently with different stakeholders, in at least 1 local language and Computer skills:
  • full command of Microsoft applications (word, excel, PowerPoint) and common internet applications is required.
