IT Solution Specialist

Remote homebased which can be based remotely in a RI country of operation

About the opportunity

The IT Solution Specialist, is a technical subject matter expert in the Global IT team, taking forward various requests for technical research, architecture design, demonstrations, system improvement and new solution implementation.

You will advise and be the technical point within RI’s global IT infrastructure. As the primary global administrator for all RI IT solutions and serve as final technical support for country and regional IT teams. You will also be responsible for the Endpoint Management solution to oversee global-level device configuration and enrollment status from the system level.

About you

You will be an expert in Microsoft Azure AD and M365 environment administration, with a strong understanding of Identity Management (SSO, user provisioning, MFA) and MDM. You will bring a deep understanding of Identity Management (SSO, user provisioning, MFA) and MDM, and ideally hold a Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.

Your previous experience in a similar role supporting various country teams will be essential to this role, together with an understanding of IT systems in fragile contexts will be useful. You are an experienced technical decision-maker and confident to serve as primary global administrator for all RI IT solutions.
